| RETURN POLICY If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 20 days and receive a full refund on your order. You cannot, however, return an item before it arrives because your order is delayed in shipping. To qualify for a refund items must be returned without damage in the original packing. DO NOT DAMAGE THE PACKAGING. Please notify us immediately if you intend to return a purchase. If your furniture was damaged in shipping please email us a photo of the damage to info@catconvertibles.com and the damaged piece(s) will be replaced free of charge. 10% restocking fee applies on all returned items. You must pay the restocking fee if you cancel your order due to delays in shipping. Authorization from Cat Convertible Furniture is required prior to the return of any item. We will give you instructions on where and how to ship. You are responsible for shipping costs, and we recommend that you insure returned items for the full value of the item shipped. |
